INTRODUCTORY classes
Introductory classes are more detailed overviews of core knowledge areas or skills, designed to be taken in a few hours. After taking an intro courses, you can progress onwards to core topic courses confident that you will have a solid understanding of the underlying concepts and language.
Time investment: Approximately 8-12hrs

CORE DDM courses
The UnSchool is built on our unique Methodology set that underpins the Disruptive Design Method. There are 12 core content courses that offer a deep-dive into a specific topic area, from systems thinking to cognitive science and gamification. Each of the Disruptive Design Methodology courses details relevant theories and practical applications during the 5-part course structure. You can take individual courses one by one, in curated packs, program sets or the full set through our complete DDM Masterclass. A certificate of completion is offered in all our 12 DDM courses.
Time investment: Approximately 20-30hrs per course
Course cost: $99 USD each or $950 USD for the full Masterclass set
Course Access: 180 days per course or 500 days for the Masterclass

Sustainability in Business
In response to the growing global demand for sustainability in business, we developed an extensive learning system focused on bringing sustainability into your business. These courses detail all the actions and changes that any organization can take to enhance sustainability, design for the circular economy and become a carbon-positive company. All courses provide a certificate of completion.

COURSE PACKS
Themed course packs that combine curated course and handbook bundles, these offer learning experiences specific to a cluster of knowledge and skills. The reduced rate on bundles makes them very popular.

CHALLENGES & SPRINTS
To help keep our learners motivated and on track, we offer durational learning journeys in the form of 30 day challenges or 4-6 week sprints that release content in a specific order. With content released each day or month, this approach offers bite-sized chunks of knowledge to keep you progressing along your learning journey.

MASTERCLASSES
Masterclasses are a combination of major knowledge areas in the Disruptive Design Methodology. These Masterclasses are offered as either self-directed online learning journeys, or as live online workshops led by an UnSchool facilitator with a small group of peer participants (by application only).
Time investment: Approximately 20-30hrs per course or 1 month live workshops with twice-weekly sessions of 1.5hrs
Course cost: $650-$1,250 USD
Course Access: 180-500 days
Accreditation offered: Certificate of Completion
CERTIFICATION TRACKS
Dedicated learning journeys for UnSchool Practitioners, UnMasters, or Educator tracks, each certification track has specific knowledge and tasks that result in the award of certification upon successful completion and panel review. Learn more about each of the UnSchool certification tracks here.
Time investment: 6-15 months depending on the track
Course cost: $1,500-$4,950 USD (as monthly payments)

CUSTOM PROGRAMS
Trying to navigate building more sustainability knowledge and skills in your organization or academic institution? The UnSchool offers custom-built programs for small and large groups and teams.
We create learning packages that provide access to content in a curated way that can be tailored to your specific context, with options for live sessions and post-program follow up. Optional translations and industry-specific case studies can also be included to further engage your group.

ABOUT OUR certificates & badges
We offer certificates of completion, and badges with certification tracks, gained by completing the required knowledge work and practical activities through our extensive online learning platform.
These certificates are included with your course tuition fee. The UnSchool issues certification and badges for specific learning outcomes via Accredible, which we chose for their block chain security, social sharing capacity, and ability to have your own portal to display your growing collection of skills.
They are shareable on social media platforms and can integrate into LinkedIn, as well as be embedded in your email signature. Students who do not complete the course requirements within the timeframe allocated will not be issued a certification of completion. This maintains the integrity of our certificates.
Each of the awards has a different cost, access duration, learning outcome and award level, summarized below and detailed in each course or skill at the UnSchool Online.
CERTIFICATEs of COMPLETION
The UnSchool offers certificates of completion for all of our main knowledge-building courses, programs and masterclasses. These are available to students who successfully complete all the course requirements.
To have your personalized certificate of completion issued, you will need to complete each knowledge section fully by clicking on the “Complete and Continue” button, get 100% on the final quiz, and follow the instructions at the end of the course to accept your certificate.
CERTIFICATION TRACKS
Dedicated learning journeys for UnSchool Practitioners, UnMasters, or Educator tracks, each certification track has specific knowledge and tasks that result in the award of certification upon successful completion and panel review.
The Practitioners Certification is a 6 month program, UnMasters is 10 months + 2 months one on one mentorship, the Educator is 12 months + 3 months one on one mentorship. Graduates receive a certification and badge for professional accreditation.
