Our immersive and intensive experiential workshops are designed for hyper busy professionals. We offer additional online content to ensure your learning experience meets all types of learners: You will prepare by completing a short online preparation course, and then after the program, you will have access to content covering the major themes of the program for an additional 6 months. You will be able to go back for a brain reboot whenever it's needed. Your learning experience will help make the complex topics and processes we teach more accessible and easier to retain.

ABOUT OUR WORKSHOPS
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
We teach the Disruptive Design Method which is a three-part applied method of our Disruptive Design Methodology, a holistic approach to complex creative problem solving. It combines sociological inquiry methods with systems thinking and creative design approaches to create a method of action that develops systems interventions for social and sustainable change.
Using applied systems thinking, action research and the ideation process, participants will uncover new ways of thinking through the complexity of the issues at hand, and develop disruptive approaches to evolving system failures and externalities. The approach is flexible and fits most people’s pre-existing skill set.
Our workshops cover a range of focal points such as circular systems or regenerative leadership, but all cover aspects of the Disruptive Design Method. Programs are relevant for any industry and professional background. The only requirement is that you have a burning passion and desire to actively participate in leading positive change in the world around you!

Our small group, intensive workshops run around the world both in person and live online, and are designed for purpose-driven professionals across disciplines. Typically we get engineers, designers, managers, packaging experts, social scientists, not-for-profit workers, medical professionals and hospitality experts.
Over the course of the workshop, you will learn to apply the Disruptive Design Method of mining, landscaping and building for positive social change with a group of like-minded and passionate people. Expect to leave with new skills in systems thinking, sustainability sciences and creative problem-solving and innovation skills.
